In the extended inner city area of Hamburg, in the district of Eimsbüttel, ARIKON Baugesellschaft Hamburg mbH has constructed a new building with fifteen rental apartments on a turnkey basis for Wohnungsverein von 1902 eG.
The equipment of the apartments and the apartment sizes are based on the specifications for subsidized housing construction, and meet the cooperative standard of the client.
The demolished above-ground garages on the courtyard property were replaced by a contemporary underground garage.
