String renovation as an internal contractor service
The settlement, built in 1968, is divided into three apartment blocks with between six and nine full floors and 15 staircases.
In the course of the string renovation, the bathrooms, kitchens, staircases, terraces and loggias were renovated as well as the roofs and exterior facades. Furthermore, all piping and cables were completely replaced.
Interior bathrooms were connected to a central exhaust air system and equipped with new, modern radiators.
