Residential and office building, Hamburg

New construction of a residential and commercial building with 33 residential units and connected underground parking for 26 cars. Furthermore, this façade is constructed as a double-shell masonry with a brick facing including the necessary insulation. The focus was on ensuring that the red clinker brick façade blends seamlessly into the surrounding buildings.

For further comfort, acoustic decoupling of landings in the staircase was implemented.

Due to the concise corner location, the object impresses with unusual architecture, such as the concave facade in the inner courtyard.
