The construction project involved the conversion of the existing four-storey building with basement, built in 1984, with shell dimensions of approx. 29.5 m x 14.5 m and an external emergency staircase. The height of the building is approx. 12.50 m.

The existing building with offices and workshops in the basement was converted into an office building with a new access area and supplemented by a new building with a new access wing, workshops and offices. The new extension is two storeys high and measures 37 m x 37.5 m. The height of the building above the shed roofs is approx. 12.65 m.

The primary supporting structure of the new building consists of precast reinforced concrete columns, precast reinforced concrete beams and concrete floor slabs. The façade was constructed using precast cassette elements. In some areas, the façade was made transparent using profiled glass.
