Refurbishment of a listed property and roof conversion as a GU service
Addition of 58 new high-quality attic apartments to existing apartment buildings to create additional living space.
In the course of this, extensive renovation work was carried out on the 245 existing apartments, staircases, facades and outdoor facilities.
All services had to be handed over ready for use.

The roofs were completely renovated. The old roofs were completely removed and completely rebuilt and extended. In the course of this, additional living space was gained.
