Detailed description

The existing coal bunker was converted into a wood chip storage facility by massive, statically necessary extension measures. A fuel oil tank no longer required was converted into a hot water tank. Complete construction of a new social building on the demolition site of the pump house. Renewal of the entire heating, ventilation and sanitary system with flue gas fans. The adaptation work includes roof lifting and the addition of a turbine house as well as the extension of the circulation areas. The entire logistics for the fuel reception required a redesign of the traffic areas with automatically controlled vehicle scales, gates and barriers.
