Roof extension in solid construction as GU service
These are roof extensions for a total of 7 apartment buildings. In the course of the extension, the housing stock will increase by 42 new attic apartments.
The existing buildings are 2- and 3-storey apartment buildings, which were built in 1936/1937 and 1968.
For the planned additions to the buildings, the existing roofs had to be removed and individual static replacement and supplementary measures had to be provided.
The existing ceilings were accordingly strengthened with steel girders and wooden beams. The finishing was done with high-quality surface materials such as stoneware tiles and oak parquet.

Beautiful views! From the balcony of the attic apartments, which have been raised, the residents enjoy a wonderful view. But also the interior fittings are impressive: Oak wood parquet flooring and generous windows create an extraordinary living ambience.
