Refurbishment of a listed building as a GU service
The Osthafen in Berlin, which was built between 1907 and 1913, will be gradually dismantled and the individual buildings will be put to a new use.
Due to the use of the building, the requirements for the extension of each complex varied. In addition, these wishes had to be harmonized with the requirements of monument protection.
