HOWOGE, BERLIN-LICHTENBERG
The HOWOGE properties are several multi-storey apartment buildings with a total of 1,000 residential units in prefabricated construction.
As part of the periodic maintenance, HOWOGE had the residential building modernized with regard to high and low voltage current.
In the course of this, the residential installations were partially repaired and new installations were made in the corridors and staircases.
The entire refurbishment measures were carried out in inhabited condition.
