Roof extension in solid construction as GU service

The Gewobag housing estate consists of 31 residential buildings lined up next to each other.

The buildings were constructed between 1967 and 1969 in a reinforced concrete large panel construction with exposed aggregate concrete facades.

In the course of the comprehensive refurbishment of the existing buildings, the client is increasing its housing stock by adding 73 flats to the existing 4- and 6-storey buildings.

Like the entire residential complex, the loft extensions meet the KfW-55 standard.

With the addition of exterior elevators to the 4-story buildings, all homes in the complex now have an elevator.
