It is essential for us to work closely with our customers as early as possible, if desired in a structured partnership model.

Thanks to early cooperation with our customers we are able to deliver mature planning documents already within the approval phase, which ensures a quick start of construction after the building permit has been granted.
All a question of coordination
Bringing together a large number of players in a timely manner and planning the accompanying interfaces is part of our work preparation. During the execution phase, the project and construction management ensures that the time and cost framework, but also the quality, is adhered to by means of continuous deadline monitoring.
Can it be something more than just acceptance?
After a formal acceptance of the construction work, a professional handover of the completed project to the customer is key for the continued trouble-free use of the building. If required, this also includes support during the commissioning of a building. The associated maintenance contract for special trades is our particular strength. Especially during operation, this serves the continuous care and maintenance of building units. This is the path we take together with you.
